About this deal

Here at House of Malt, we offer Bunnahabhain Stiuireadair, Moine, and Toiteach a Dha, as well as 12-, 25- and 30-year-old expressions, so you can choose which one will suit you best. Non-chill filtered and natural colour, taste the origins of Bunnahabhain with an alluring balance of sweet fruit, nuts, vanilla and a delicate coastal influence.

Remarkably rich and complex, Bunnahabhain Islay single malt Scotch whisky expresses the remote coastal location off the Sound of Islay. Unusually for an Islay single malt, our 18 year old is unpeated, allowing the sweet coastal character of our island to shine through. Bunnahabhain's Stiùireadair single malt pays homage to the distillery's shoreline on the north-east coast of Islay. The newest member of the Bunnahabhain core range family, this first batch release of a 30 year whisky is one of our oldest single malts. The nose is sweet with creamy caramel, dried fruits and vanilla alongside a touch of spice and brine.

Bunnahabhain's whiskies showcase a softer, more approachable nature, with a focus on the underlying malt flavors and the influence of the sea. Matured in first and second fill sherry casks, this expression is presented without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. They mention it's a good dram, well received as a gift, and an awesome offering from a brilliant distillery.

As a result, Bunnahabhain Distillery remains a cherished destination for those seeking a serene and contemplative Islay whisky experience, with each bottle unveiling the hidden tranquility and allure of the island's gentle spirit. Bunnahabhain whisky was founded in 1881 and today is the only distillery on the island of Islay to use pure spring water in its production process. The palate is creamy with more dried fruits, sea salt and caramel atop a gentle spice and hints of nuts. So look, the Bunnahabhain 12, and Bunnahabhain 12 cask strength are simply gorgeous - don't hesitate to try them.
