The heavy duty size ranges from 356mm to 2,007mm; the medium duty ranges from 356mm to 1,016mm; and the light duty ranges from 250mm to 700mm. Each size offers full extension for complete ease of use and accessibility as well as zinc plated coatings. The 45mm option also comes in stainless steel on request specifically for marine or related applications. If you want to disconnect and remove your unit, simply slide out the drawer to its full extension and raise the nose to a 45-degree angle. This will allow you to lift and remove it from the slides. Note: the 227 series is not disconnectible due to its rigorous reinforcement to allow for extra weight bearing. Size ranges Please note that drawer slides support approximately 30% less weight capacity than indicated by their nominated rating when at full open extension. Please consult the weight load chart for further details. Installation There are certainly benefits to using undermount drawer slides in your vehicle fit out. In general, there is less dust and dirt accumulation with undermount slides and spills are often easier to clean up.
