Our Reconstituted Chip Upholstery foam is made from a blend of high-density foam chips, ensuring excellent support and resilience. We also offer reconstituted foam sheets in a variety of thicknesses ranging from half an inch up to 4 inches thick. Ideal filling for cushions, leather pouffe's, dog and cat beds, conservatory and garden furniture cushions, floor cushions, etc.

This high density reconstituted chip foam can also be cut to any size, shape, made into sheets, etc. Traditional 'S' shaped loose fill which is manufactured mostly from 100% post consumer and post industrial waste, without CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) or HCFCs (Hydrochlorofluorocarbons). Great as a finishing touch to any upholstery project, offering a perfect mix of comfort and support. The resulting product is a multi-coloured foam that is not only economical but durable and useful for many different applications. One of the easiest ways is by using a bread knife to achieve a crumbed look, or you can use scissors for strips.When converting polyurethane foam into useable products, offcuts of the grade are often left behind. Reconstituted foam can come in different weights/strengths, usually in 6 pound per cubic foot and in a heavier denser 9 pound type for more demanding applications.

We only shred flame retardant foam and Polyester fibre to Part 1 Schedule 1 Furniture Fire Safety Regulations 1988 and all amendments. Available in many different weights, shapes and sizes, this versatile foam has a unique manufacturing process. It is low-cost, easy available and can be used in scatter cushions, floor cushions, pet beds, bean bags, and toys. Stuffing your beanbags and similar items with crumbed foam is also a more environmentally friendly option.
