In respect of packages which include flight travel services, you are purchasing a package (as described in the PTRs) and not a single flight service. upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Site. Unless otherwise requested at the time of booking, standard internationally accepted practice dictates that your accommodation will be booked from the day that you depart for the required duration.

If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example, your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. To offer you the best possible choice and value, you may be offered the option to select an inbound and outbound flight from different airline Suppliers. You must pay all amounts due to us on the payment due date specified at the time of booking and in your Booking Confirmation. Any such change will be treated as extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances, and whilst we will try to provide suitable alternative arrangements or refunds where possible, we will not be liable to pay you any compensation. Any travel insurance premiums paid to us are non-refundable subject to any cooling off period under applicable law.In your terms and conditions, include a suspension and terminations clause to protect your site or app from abusive users. We will usually provide you with the Booking Confirmation for your flight (and can assist with changes) but there may be certain circumstances where the airline Supplier may provide a Booking Confirmation directly to you, which will mean that we will be unable to access or make changes to your booking and any changes to your booking must be made by you, directly with the airline Supplier.
