I feel I now know Soph like an old friend and although I’ve been following her since before she wrote Hinch Yourself Happy, you can just tell that this has taken a hell a lot of inner strength to write. As a postgrad student of English, I have a contempt for books like these that see people with no talent making huge sales while people who have amazing potential struggle to get published and find enough money to eat.
