Note: By design the wall plugs are shorter than the screws so that the screw passes through the end of wall plug giving a tight strong fit. Do not over tighten the screws spinning them around in the wall plugs as this can tear up the wall plug inside making them less secure.For softwood drill a 3mm pilot hole 30mm deep and again do not over tighten as then can lead to a less secure poor fit.
