I wish we would have gotten more of Madoc and Fallon's first time together. I think maybe I would have connected with things more. Same happened in Rival. Fallon is in boarding school for two years but we don't know where. Does she make friends? Dorms? Did she have Facebook? How was she so isolated in this day and age. If you're gonna add in these trips away make them realistic please. Use this time to show us their development as characters. Suffice it to say, this book was a little uneven for me. There were parts that I liked and enjoyed but there were parts that I wasn't really crazy about. I won't enumerate all of them because they are massive spoilers but you get my gist. We also get a glimpse of Jared and Tate and Jax. In fact, in some of the scenes, I would Jax stole the show. I devoured this book in a day. It reminded me all over again why I love this woman's writing. She does it for me every time. Every. Single. Time. Now to just finish the rest of this series!!!
Second - sex - off the charts hot!!! And I mean it, sheets were on fire with those two. It probably saved the book for me, definitely added 1 star to my review. On the one hand, I absolutely adored it. I loved both Fallon and Madoc. They are not without flaws, but they are written like real human beings. Throughout the book, we slowly learn more about each character and like them more and more. I loved Madoc in Bully. I know he was a bit of an ass, but he had some charisma. I was so excited when I found out the next book would be his. And with his stepsister. Win! I can say honestly, I loved Bully and Until You much better than Rival. I did like this, but there were a few over the top things that made it impossible for me to give it 5 stars. Still, there were things I did really like. As sophomores they were already starting to wield power that was going to be out of control by the time they reached senior year.

The sex scenes were pretty darn hot. If you think Bully and Until You were hot, this book surpassed both of them in the steam department. And I got to tell you, for readers who are looking for some serious steam in their book, read this book.
