About this deal

The publication’s printed reaction to Murder in a Small Town stated, “Many – including senior police officers and Jodi’s family – are angry that the TV documentary failed to point out key facts.” A couple of days after Jodi was killed, Mark “Bill” Bryson was in the home of Judith Jones and Alan Ovens speaking about the murder and Luke Mitchell. I wont provide a link here to the above, but for any doubters out there who think I just made all that up, just copy and paste it into google, that’s if like I did, you want to learn what the experts have to say, they know what they’re talking about, so I encourage you to go and learn what a dog like Mia (even without training) is capable off.

A Long Walk To Justice By Luke Mitchell Case: Extract From A Long Walk To Justice By

In the reporter’s submissions she mentions no other suspects, except Mark Kane, and claims “most” suspects mentioned in the TV documentary were questioned extensively. What an embarrassment to come out with such nonsense. I have seen the transcripts of the interviews with those people – the only thing they were questioned extensively about was Luke Mitchell. However, it does give an example of how falsehoods were fed to the public throughout the entire investigation. Luke’s DNA was actually found on her bra and her DNA was found on Luke’s trousers, but in an agreement between the Crown and defence team, led by Donald Findlay QC, it was decided the issue of DNA wasn’t relevant as the pair were in an intimate relationship. The Crown weren’t going to say DNA made him the killer as it was expected his DNA would be on Jodi. DNA in this case wouldn’t prove innocence or guilt. But up the anti around their false narrative and all the brain dead thugs they are evoking/enticing to cause harm to human life, as JH rightly says, should any harm come to her or ones grandchildren she will hold Forbes and Lean personally responsible for this. Lean and her usual predictive ' I have not produced a hate campaign, lets talk JH and I will show you the error of your ways!'

We now have three members of the Jones family who everyone, apart from the police it would seem, believed they could be seen as potential murderers or at least suspects. All three had now refused to “search their conscience” and come forward to help police after appeals had been made. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the annual Pro Bono Week event, from 1-5 November, which offers an opportunity to recognise and support the voluntary contribution made by the legal profession across the UK in giving free and much needed legal assistance to those in need: see probonoweek.org.uk/ I would have had only two dodgy bits of circumstantial evidence left from my original submission as possible evidence, he only needed to have refuted even just one more of them…and I was sunk without a bubble. Scott Forbes has worked on his case and been involved with appeals , I know the usual reaction is to character assignate anybody that speaks up for Mr Mitchell Dave but he is taking a huge gamble if he is making it up he will be sued , right .

Scott Forbes interview - Jeremy Bamber Forum

Janine Jones had tragically experienced her father’s suicide by hanging and her brother Joseph allegedly attempted the same. She also knew that Jodi self-harmed in the past, so my thinking is that when Jodi was found dead. Why would she not think hanging, suicide or self-harm? Why would the first question be to ask if she was naked? Did she think someone she knew could have hurt her sister and that that person could strip her?I did hear several times that the series was one sided and that they didn’t investigate Luke Mitchell. I argued it wasn’t biased in favour of Luke Mitchell because the research team weren’t working for Luke Mitchell, or attempting to clear his name. They were instructed to simply delve into the case from scratch and, after examining the evidence, declare their findings. There was, and is, NO evidence against Luke Mitchell, and what evidence there was pointed towards others.

It certainly wasn’t a copycat murder. The similarities between the two murders were, according to Professor A Busuttil, “aside from the fact that they were both apparently sexually motivated homicides of young women with post-mortem mutilations of the body with a sharp instrument” there were, “No forensically significant similarities between the injury patterns in these two victims” Phone records show he used the service eighteen times in the previous month. Moreover 16:54 is the time Ms Bryson claims to have seen him arguing with Jodi.

Please, please god, could you give me Donald as the defence opposition. He’s a smashing bloke, and very kind to me.
