Jane grew up around the Lake Sunapee area and has lived in New London with her family since 1987. My thoughts: The only thing I can't wrap my head around is how McGawley could've committed a violent act of murder, then not only have the balls to take a ride with a state trooper, but to also act normal enough to not alert the trooper that something was wrong all in a ten minute span from committing the crime. She writes about Sarah in a way that is easy to understand, and the story will keep you reading. The drama in this book is brimming. As a reader, I loved the part where Josie gives in to Evan and they have the best times of their lives, just when I began to think that this is going to work out great, questions arise and circumstances change. This downward loop was unexpected and io loved its execution.
