The children love that Tyler roars when they roar at him but they have to roar loudly for him to respond. Activating the touch sensors on the toy's back and forehead cause the toy to move its head, ears, eyes, tail, mouth, and front legs, in addition to making a variety of sounds. He crouches down on his front paws and stands up straight, his head moves and his facial features show so many different expressions – with his eyes opening and closing, his mouth moving and even his ears moving. So when we were sent another toy from the Furreal Friends range, the FurReal Roarin’ Tyler, the Playful Tiger to review I wasn’t sure if it could match up to the high standards that Chatty Charlie had set! For starters, I could easily spend (read: I have spent), an entire workday simply stroking his striped fur. A few weeks ago we reviewed the FurReal Chatty Charlie the Barkin’ Beagle which is now one of Little Man’s most prized possessions – he loves him dearly. With lifelike features and motions, Tyler gives kids the thrill of having a real life tiger right in their playroom. Once kids turn him on, he lets out the most adorable yawn and flashes his mouth full of teeth, crouches down to stretch his body, moves his neck to get those pesky kinks out, and blinks away the sleep from his big, green eyes.If your little one is a fan of the FurReal toys then they will probably love FurReal Friends Tyler the Tiger (I love this and i’m almost 30! The Roarin’ Tyler, the Playful Tiger pet even has a little chicken toy that he reacts to when it squeaks. The stuffed animal could preferably have been double bagged inside the packaging though, since the package had a small rip and thus the toy was in risk of damage.
