About this deal

Many products claim to remove colour runs, but it’s worth remembering that there may be adverse effects. Colour run removers might alter the look of the garment or spoil it. However, if the dye has already run, you may feel you have nothing to lose. Alternative Solutions IMPORTANT: Always test for colour fastness before use. Non-colourfast fabrics may lose their original colour when using the Colour Run Remover. Does not change during the application and during the 30 minute reaction time (not even temporarily - please observe closely!) Dissolve 1 teaspoon of powder in 100 ml of hot water, and thoroughly use this solution to dampen the garment in an inconspicuous place. Colour removal treatment may be carried out, if the shade of colour in the treated area

Allow washing to soak for at least 4 hours. For best results, with tough colour runs and/or low temperatures (30/40 °C) allow washing to soak overnight, for up to 24 hours. Thanks to its unique SOS formula, the Colour Run Remover works on hand washing as well as in the washing machine and restores the original colours of your fabrics. The garments must be completely submerged in the solution the entire time; if necessary, use (old) plates to weigh down the garments adequately. Absolutely essential for discoloured coloured textiles. Please test on all original shades of colours:

Select the maximum allowable temperature as stated on the fabric care label (do not add any detergent). We recommend wearing rubber gloves when using the product. People with respiratory diseases should avoid using the product in containers. Select the maximum allowable temperature (above 60 °C) and start the programme without the pre-wash cycle. Do not add any detergent. All of these products work best if the garment is treated immediately and is not allowed to dry. If you can’t do this immediately, keep the garment wet until you have time to do something with it, but don’t wash it again. Directions of Use 1. Fill your washing machine with your laundry and add detergent as recommended. 2. Place 1-2 sheets in your washing machine, depending on the colour intensity of your garments. Use two sheets for heavily dyed garments. Product performance cannot be guaranteed where there are excessive amounts of colour bleed.Carefully cut open the sachet and completely dissolve the powder in approx. 6 litres of the hottest water the fabric care label will allow.

Always complete a colourfastness test before use and always follow the instructions on the garment’s wash care label. Ensure garments are free from all detergent residues before proceeding. Only use in a well ventilated room. Avoid breathing fumes. Take special care if suffering from asthma, bronchitis or allergies which affect breathing. Use the complete sachet. Many cleaners in Cheam swear by Stardrops as something of a miracle product, and it’s incredibly inexpensive. If you already have a bottle, try rubbing it into the stain with a cloth. (If you don’t have a bottle, buy one: it always comes in handy.) Dylon also makes a very good colour run remover, and there is a product called Colour Catcher that can be placed in the washing machine to absorb colours in the wash.
